Our company is primarily engaged in conformity assessment of machinery. Simply put, machinery is any device that has at least one part movable and whose drive is other than human force. In the European Union, specific technical legislation applies to the placing on the market and putting into service of machinery, namely the European Machinery Safety Directive 2006/42 / EC, which is transformed into our legal order by Government Decree 176/2008 Coll. on technical requirements for machinery. Furthermore, the relevant government regulations on conformity assessment of electrical equipment intended for use within certain voltage limits 118/2016 Coll. and Government Order 117/2016 Coll. concerning electromagnetic compatibility.
Before placing machinery on the market, it must be assessed, a declaration of conformity and the CE marking must be issued.
The basis for the declaration of conformity is the so-called set of technical documentation, which is listed in Annex 7 to this Regulation, which consists mainly of the following items:
- Drawings, test results and verifications
- Original instructions for use
- List of used harmonized standards and other regulations
- Risk analysis
- Assessment of basic requirements according to Annexes 1 to Government Decree 176/2008 Coll.
- Declaration of Conformity

Our company performs the assessment of machinery according to the above-mentioned regulations and provides technical assistance in the processing of all the above-mentioned items of documentation, including risk analysis.
