Government Regulation No. 378/2001 Coll., Requires the operator of each machine, technical equipment, apparatus or tool to perform, at least once a year, a condition and safety inspection.
The subject of the inspection is the verification of the actual condition of the technical equipment with accompanying documentation and compliance with the requirements set out in this Regulation. In particular, it is a check of: - verification that the equipment is used for the purposes and under the conditions for which it is intended, in accordance with the manufacturer's operating documentation - verification that no modifications and interventions in the design of the equipment and are not approved or approved by the machine manufacturer (contrary to the EC declaration of the machine), including the control of protection against non-electrical hazards that may be generated by electrical equipment.
Our company performs professional assessments in accordance with this government regulation. After this inspection of each item, an assessment report is issued, which is also the basis for subsequent periodic annual inspections.
