An EAC registered declaration may be issued by a company accredited by local authorities. The manufacturer / applicant confirms that the product meets the relevant requirements. The declaration can be issued only to an entity that is registered in the territory of the customs union, a company that is not an entity of the Customs Union and applies for the declaration can appear on the declaration only as a manufacturer. This document can be issued for a single shipment or for continuous series production. Validity can be up to 5 years.
Laboratory tests and production inspections are not usually required. In this case, the manufacturer's internal tests are sufficient.
